A004. A. Steamed MoMos (6 pcs)
We can loosely call them Himalayan version of dumplings just for the sake of introduction . Our momos are hand made unlike off the shelves machine folded, frozen packaged ones, in which we take pride in cutting up the vegetables, curing the meat/proteins, seasoning them before the folds and cooking them on the high watts wok steamers. Each facility that serves momos has its own way of serving them, Chicken, Pork or vegetarian, duck etc ; and the way we cook them have also evolved over centuries and momos have found a niche as a fast casual quick bites full of flavors unlike other traditional Asian counterparts. Wok Mandu has its own few styles of cooking too.

Our own version of MoMos with chicken, pork or vegetables steamed & pan-sautéed for an extra level of spiciness, an extra level of caramelized garlic, and a coat of house made savory crisp chili sauce.
SOUPS & SALADS
Mixed Lentils & Roasted Red Pepper Soup (12 Oz )
Roasted red pepper puree’d , seasoned with boiled lentils on freshly prepared house blend of spices and fresh Thai basil leaves . Served with our butter garlic footlong naan bread .
Please do not mix up the proteins ( pork and chicken or tofu and paneer ). Our stir fry noodle dishes are meant to be cooked with only one protein option; select four vegetables or at least three.
Please select only one protein; mixing up pork and paneer or paneer and tofu for example is not suggested.
Our curry from Kathmandu (16 Oz. ) are served with a complimentary sides of daal ( split lentils soup seasoned with mild spices ) and a naan bread or a bowl of basmati rice.
C001. Mixed Vegetables
Cauliflower florets, carrots, potatoes, zucchini (Italian squash) roasted with onions, ginger garlic paste, and simmered with fresh tomatoes on our peanut cream sauce along with chili powder, herbs, and spices.
C002. Chicken Curry( Nepalese Village Style)
Marinated skinless whole chicken meat cooked on ginger garlic paste, sautéed onions, tomatoes, and cilantro stems with spices & herbs on spicy simmer sauce, finished with chopped green chilies.
Butter Chicken Masala
Steam cooked boneless chicken breast meat tossed in a creamy tomato based sauce, butter and garam masala powder; topped with whipping cream. ( contains ground cashews in the sauce mix)
C005. Paneer with Spinach
Diced cubes of cottage cheese cooked in a toasted mixture of spices such as black pepper, cumin, coriander, curry leaves, and our house special tomato-based simmer sauce with fresh spinach.
Triple cooked Pork masala
Boiled , pan seared fhen cooked with indian spices and house made curry sauce til perfection .

Spinach Chicken Curry
Chicken breast meat cooked with fresh spinach with onions, ginger garlic paste, tomato and curry spices and sauce.
Butter Chicken Masala
steam cooked tender chicken bites cooked on a creamy tomato sauce with spices. This item contains nuts. Served with bowl of rice or a footlong butter garlic naan.
Basmati Fried Rice
We use basmati rice instead of traditionally used rice for our fried rice meals. Eggs are NOT suggested to go well with paneer should you decide to order Paneer fried rice. You may request eggs, garlic or onions to be included with the fried rice; because the prices are inclusive of all.
DRUNKEN MASALA RICE NOODLES
An Indo Thai fusion at Wok Mandu. We use freshly prepared vegetables (cauliflower florets, baby bok choy, green cabbage, mixed bell peppers and onions) with wide cut Pad Thai rice noodles and choice of your protein (tofu, paneer, chicken, shrimp or pork). This is medium level hot by default. Sorry we CAN NOT replace any of the vegetables listed against each protein.

Marinated tofu cubes stir fried with cauliflower florets mixed bell peppers, long green chili, red onions, bamboo shoots and Thai basil leaves on a house stir fry sauce .
