We can loosely call them Himalayan version of dumplings just for the sake of introduction . Our momos are hand made unlike off the shelves machine folded, frozen packaged ones, in which we take pride in cutting up the vegetables, curing the meat/proteins, seasoning them before the folds and cooking them on the high watts wok steamers. Each facility that serves momos has its own way of serving them, Chicken, Pork or vegetarian, duck etc ; and the way we cook them have also evolved over centuries and momos have found a niche as a fast casual quick bites full of flavors unlike other traditional Asian counterparts. Wok Mandu has its own few styles of cooking too.

Gravy is made from boiled mixed vegetables ( carrots, peas, potatoes, tomatoes and cauliflower) with addition of ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder and herbs ( dried fenugreek leaves, black pepper and black cumin seeds.)

Marinated paneer (Indian cottage cheese) bites pan-sautéed with mixed bell peppers and garlic slices with black pepper on a basic level of wok mandu's dry curry powder, topped with our own Bankok Peanut sauce. It's an attempt to create an uniquely Indo Thai vegetarian quick bites not found anywhere.
Mixed Fruit Chaat Masala
Mixed fruit : pineapple apple, orange, grapes, blueberries and strawberries seasoned with mild chaat masalaa powder, sesame paste and plain yogurt.

Deep-fried cauliflower florets pan-seasoned with our hottest of all hot sauces and garnished with cut lime pieces. Meant to be a counterpart of ghost pepper lovers' vegetarian delight; but we only use five different chili peppers to cook the sauce ( approximately 500K SKU).

Mixed Lentils and roasted red pepper cooked on tomato sauce with Garamond masala , fenugreek leaves and a dash of black pepper powder . Served with a naan bread.

Minced chicken breast , crushed pecans and dried cranberries .( 12 oz)
Please do not mix up the proteins ( pork and chicken or tofu and paneer ). Our stir fry noodle dishes are meant to be cooked with only one protein option; select four vegetables or at least three.
Please select only one protein; mixing up pork and paneer or paneer and tofu for example is not suggested .
Our curry from Kathmandu (16 Oz. ) are served with a complimentary sides of daal ( split lentils soup seasoned with mild spices ) and a naan bread or a bowl of basmati rice.

Cauliflower florets, carrots, potatoes, zucchini (Italian squash) roasted with onions, ginger garlic paste, and simmered with fresh tomatoes on our peanut cream sauce along with chili powder, herbs, and spices.

Wok Mandu has tried to put this in our menu because we love goat and it's healthy!
