Deep-fried crunchy shells of pastries stuffed with vegetables cooked with spices and herbs. Served with a side of sweet chili sauce.
Please do not mix up the proteins ( pork and chicken or tofu and paneer ). Our stir fry noodle dishes are meant to be cooked with only one protein option; select four vegetables or at least three.
Please select only one protein; mixing up pork and paneer or paneer and tofu for example is not suggested .
Our curry from Kathmandu (16 Oz. ) are served with a complimentary sides of daal ( split lentils soup seasoned with mild spices ) and a naan bread or a bowl of basmati rice.

Cauliflower florets, carrots, potatoes, zucchini (Italian squash) roasted with onions, ginger garlic paste, and simmered with fresh tomatoes on our peanut cream sauce along with chili powder, herbs, and spices.

Marinated boneless chicken thigh meat cooked on ginger garlic paste, sautéed onions, tomatoes, and cilantro stems with spices & herbs on spicy simmer sauce, finished with chopped green chilies.
C003. Himalayan Goat Curry
Goat meat marinated in yogurt, herbs, and spices overnight, cooked with tomatoes and ginger garlic paste to its rich aromatic perfection.
C005. Paneer with Spinach
Diced cubes of cottage cheese cooked in a toasted mixture of spices such as black pepper, cumin, coriander, curry leaves, and our house special tomato-based simmer sauce with fresh spinach.

Cut okra and potato cooked in a sauce of roasted eggplant, onions with herbs & spices.
Curried Up Shrimp Bowl

Boneless Goat Curry
Hand cut goat meat marinated overnight with Indian herbs and spices and cooked with red onions, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and curry spices ; Boneless goat curry is hard to find in any Indian or Nepalese restaurant. Wok Mandu has tried to put this in our menu because we love goat and it's healthy!
